The IBC bin is designed with the volume ranges from 200L to 2000L, to meet the different handling and processing requirements. The bin could be designed for handling by post hoist, forklift, or manual moving operation; and could be also processed in the IBC washer,and IBC washing & drying cabinet.
The IBC bin is designed with high-strength structure , round corner without dead angle ,tilting with no material left; the loading inlet port designed with silicon gasket sealing, and unloading port designed with silicon gasket sealed butterfly valve. The structure complies with the FDA standard .
The bin is made of high-quality stainless steel, with smooth welds and the internal & external surface well-polished. lt can also be designed in the shaping according to client's particular application requirement.
